Tom Bilyeu started out with a job that he was not super inspired by and so he decided to leave. And his business partner said, "You can't go. You have to stay. What can we do with you?" And he's like, "I want to start a nutritional company". So he was one of the founders of Quest Nutrition, which, of course, makes Quest Bars which, within five years, turned into a billion-dollar company. He has since then resigned from Quest because he's inspired yet again to be an inspirational guru. He is a total entrepreneur. He has a digital show called "Impact Theory", which I went on, which was a lot of fun. And truth be told: We're actually shooting a lot of episodes from his house. So he's also very, very kind. But he is just a really deep guy, a really introspective guy. And we covered a lot of bases that have to do with the mind and how you operate in the world and intention and being inspired.
Tom Bilyeu is the co-founder of 2014 Inc. 500 company Quest Nutrition — a unicorn startup valued at over $1 billion — and the co-founder and host of Impact Theory, a media studio dedicated to helping people develop the skills they will need to improve themselves and the world. He is currently on the Innovation Board of the XPRIZE Foundation.
